4/14/22 - Flor has arrived to me and once their face-ups are completed and the packing materials arrive, we will commence shipping them out!
Pre-orders for the Mango and Kiwi sculpts will commence 4/20 at 7PM EST. This will be the last chance to order these sculpts!
Pre-Order FAQs
Layaways
New- We are now offering 3 part lay aways! The first third will be due at checkout, along with the shipping cost. The next payment will be due one month from pre-orders closing, and the final part will be due once all dolls are ready to ship!
Layaways are currently available for dolls only with a 50% down payment. When using the layaway option, due to system limitations, you can only add the doll to your cart. If you'd like to order additional items, please place the order separately and contact me to combine the orders.
You will receive an email once layaway payments will be due. They are due once the dolls are ready to ship, and you will have 2 weeks to pay the remaining balance. If the balance is not paid, the deposit will be forfeited. Deposits are non-refundable.
Order Information
Orders placed and paid in full will be shipped first.
If you would like to combine an order, please contact us via email at contact@isladolls.com with your order numbers.
Once you place an order, we are unable to change the shipping address. Exceptions can be made depending on the circumstance.
If you need us to hold your order for shipping at a different time, please send us an email and include the order number and when you would like us to send the order.
Gift Orders
If your order is a gift, please indicate so in the order comments or by sending us an email. We can arrange for a special message to be included with your order! Gift wrapping also available. Please contact us for gift wrapping options.
Delays
Although we will always do our best to make sure the dolls are sent within the listed time frame, delays may occur due to shipping or the castor and face up artist having many orders to fulfill. Please understand when placing your orders that it may be sent before or after the given time window.
